CdSe/TiO2颗粒膜的光电转换效应研究
A Study on Photovoltaic Conversion of CdSe/TiO2 Particulate Film
【摘要】 本文在制备TiO2微孔薄膜的基础上,采用化学池生长的方法,将CdSe微粒成功地修饰在TiO2薄膜上。研究表明:修饰有CdSe颗粒的TiO2薄膜,其光吸收范围由紫外拓宽至可见光区,并呈现出良好的光电转换特性。另外,与CdSe体材料相比,CdSe/TiO2薄膜的光吸收谱有明显兰移,这一量子尺寸效应表明CdSe微粒是以纳米粒子的形式存在于TiO2薄膜上的。
【Abstract】 Abstract The transparent titanium dioxide(TiO2)electrode has been modified withcadmium selenite(CdSe)particles by a chemical bath deposition method.The sensitization ofTiO2 electrode with CdSe particles not only extends the optical absorption spectrum and pho-tocurrent action spectrum into visible region,but also facilaties the photo-to photocurrentconversion efficiency. In addition,compared with CdSe bulk materials,a blue shift in bothabsorption spectrum and photocurrent action spectrum of CdSe/TiO2 electrode is observedand explained in terms of quantum-size effect.
