高钙油田水地面流程防垢工艺研究
Scale Prevention Technology Study for Surface Process Flow of High Calcium Oilfield Water
【摘要】 在分析新疆某地高钙油田水及其垢组份的基础上,研究了高钙油田水防垢剂的复配方案,提出了除考虑增溶剂作用外,还要考虑分散剂与其的协同效应,选用以一种工业废水为主要原料配制的分散剂203与有机磷酸复配,制成一种新型防垢剂FG-1、FG-2。实验证明防垢率可达95%以上,且具有成本低,原料易得等优点。
【Abstract】 On the basis of analysing the water of a certain high calcium oilfield in Xinjiang and its calcium constituents, the authors studied the composite scheme of scale inhibitor of high calcium oilfield water and put forward that besides the action of dissolving agent,the dispersing agent and its co-operative effect should also be considered. The authors choose dispersing agent 203 (mainly compounded by industry sewage) compounding with organic phosphonic acid and make up a new type scale prevention agent FG-1、FG-2. Tests show that its scale prevention rate attains over 95% and has the advantages of low in cost and easy to get material etc.
