低电阻Cu-Be弹性合金

【摘要】 电子工业用的低电阻Cu-Be弹性合金含有量0.25%~0.72%Be,1.3%~1.5%Ni,余量为Cu.采用真空熔炼非真空浇注,热开坯,冷加工制成板材。经过860~900℃淬火,进行40%的冷加工,在400~80℃,时效2.5h后,合金获得下列性能:电阻率4.06~4.27×10 ̄(-5)Ω·cm,弹性模量120540~137200Pa,抗拉强度514~789MPa,延伸率14~34,硬度Hv=160~230.

【Abstract】 Cu-Be elastic alloy of low electric resistance is investigated. Thecomposition of the alloy is 0.25%一0.72%Be,1.3%一1.5%Ni,with thebalance of copper. Melted under vacuum, cast in air,hot-rolled and cold-rolled, the alloy plate is formed. Quenched at 860一900℃, cold-workedwith 40%deformation amount, then aged at 400-480℃for 2.5 hours, thealloy has had following properties:resistivity(4.06一4.27)×10-5Ωcm elastic mould 120540-137200MPa tensile strength 514一789MPa elongation 14%-34%hardness Hv=160一230
