电磁六极透镜的结构常数

【摘要】 分析了电磁六极透镜的结构常数，并由电磁六极内磁场分布给出这种透镜的结构常数测定值．

【Abstract】 The structural coefficient of magnetoelectrical sextupole is described andaccording to the experimental measurement of the magnetic field distribution in thissextupole the experimental measurment value of its is given.
