【摘要】 对２２例难治青光眼术中进行了红比霉素应用。结果于术后六个月，红比霉素组平均眼压为２．８８ｋＰａ，对照组为３．０７ｋＰａ（Ｐ＜０．０１），红比霉素组的成功率为７８％，对照组为５２％（Ｐ＜０．０５）．功能性过滤泡形成率，红比霉素组高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。术后用红比霉素组有４例少量前房出血，此外无其他严重并发症。表明红比霉素对难治青光眼病例，包括色素膜炎，新生血管性或无晶体性青光眼，以及先前滤过手术失败病例，可增加长时期的成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 wenty-two patients with intractable glaucoma were given daunorubicin during trabeculectomy.Sixmonths postoperatively the mean intraocular pressure in patients with daunorubicin treatment was 2.88kPawhile it was 3.7kPa in the control group(P<0.01).The success rate with daunorubicin was 78%and 52%in the control group (P<0.05).The rate of functional bleb in daunorubicin group was higher than that in thecontrol gruop(P<0.05).Apart from a small amount of hyphema occurring in daunorubicin group postopera-tively,no other complications were found.This study suggested that daunorubicin might increase the long-term success rate of trabeculectomy in intractable glaucomatous patients.更多还原
