【摘要】 ４５例（４６眼）采用新鲜与干燥的胎儿角膜、巩膜作板层移植术，其中新鲜组１９例（２０眼），存活１９眼，脱落１眼；干燥组２６例（２６眼），存活２６眼，总有效率９８％。术后２～３年随访比较，两者均具有良好的透明性，视力有不同程度提高，在相同病种其免疫排斥反应程度无显著差异，在治疗效果上具有同等价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 orty-five(forty-six eyes)transplant cases were analyzed comparing fresh and dried foetus cornea andsclera. Among the nineteen fresh cases(twenty eyes),nineteen eyes who relived and one came off;all twen-ty-six eyes using dried tissues were relived.The overall effective rate is 98%. In 2《years after the operations,we follovved up the cases and found that both types of transplants had good transparency.The visualpower in the cases had been improved to different degrees. The immunological rejections showed no markeddifference in the same disease.The results of curative effect are almost the same.更多还原
