【Abstract】 he multi-channel VEPs were investigated from four pairs of monozygotic(MZ)twins and three pairs ofdiozygotic(DZ)twins.17 eyes of them were amblyopic eyes.The results show that the latencies of P100 be-tween the partners and MZ twins were identical although their visual acuity was different and the amplitudeof P100 decreased in the amblyopic eye. In four pairs of MZ twins,one partner suffered from biocular ambly-opia and the others were normal.It seems that the environmental factors play an important role in the causeof amblyopia.更多还原
