四辊可逆冷轧机板形控制系统的研究
The study of shape control system for four-high reversible cold rolling mill
【摘要】 本文提出了一种新型的板形控制系统,它综合考虑了四辊可逆式冷轧机调节板形的三个执行机构,液压压下、液压弯辊及冷却液的作用,力求使它们相互配合以获得更强的板形控制能力。其中着重研究了液压弯辊系统,对其进行了自适应控制,仿真结果良好。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a new shape control system which consists of three actuators: hydraulic push-up cylinders, hydraulic benders and coolant sprayer. It synthesizes the effects of the three actuators in four-high reversible cold rolling mill in adjusting flatness of strip in order that they can cooperate each other to acquire stronger flatness control ability. Especially, the authors lay stress on studying the hydraulic bending system and control it with adaptive theory. The simulation result is good.
