【摘要】 本文立体选择性地合成了非洲蔗螟性信息素E-(±)-Eldanolide。关键的关环步骤产率达到54.0％。产物经气相色谱法测定,顺、反异构体之比为8:92。本合成方法具有路线较短,产率较高,反应条件温和等优点。最终产物及中间体的结构经IR,~1H NMR和MS谱学数据证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dl-Eldanolide, a Sex pheromone of African Sugar-cane borer was Synthesized. The yield was 54.0% in the key step of ring closure. The product, dl-Eldanolide, was shown by GC to be a mixture of Z: E isomers in 8: 92 ratio.This method has advantages of short routes, high yield and mild condition. All compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and MS Spectroscopies.更多还原
