2-(8′-羟基喹啉-5′-磺酸-7′-偶氮)变色酸双波长增敏法测定镁
Determination of Magnesium Using Dual-Wavelength Increasing Sensitivity Method with a Reagent 8Q5SAC
【摘要】 本文报导了Ma_2B_4O_7-Naon缓冲体系中,2-(8’-羟基喹啉-5’-磺酸-7’-偶氮)变色酸(8Q5SAC)与镁形成络合物,以试剂的最大吸收642nm为参比波长λ,以络合物的最大吸收524nm为测量波长λ_2,用双波长增敏法测得表现摩尔吸光系数为2.l×l0 ̄6。试剂与镁的络合比为1:1,镁量在0 ̄15μg/25ml符合比尔定律,方法用于铸造铝合金中镁的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 2-(8’-Hydroxy quinoline -5’-sulfoacid-7’-azo)-1,8-dihydroxy-3,6- naphthalene disulfoacid has been reportedas a sensitive reagent for magnesium using dual- wavelength increasing sensitivity mehod.In sodium tetraborate-sodium hy-droxide , the reagent has maximum absorbance at 642 nm (λ1),the complex at 524nm(λ2)The apparent molar absorptivity is 2.l × l06L·mol-1·cm-1、The composition of complex is 1 :1, Beer’s law is obeyed in 0-l5μg/25ml for Mg.The me-thod is applied to the determination of Mg in aluminum alloys with satisfactory results.
