【摘要】 本文对K型活性染料短流程湿蒸工艺工业化生产进行了探讨。经200万米的生产实践证明,湿蒸染色确具工艺流程短、重现性好、色泽鲜艳、固色率高和节能等优点。在拓展分/活一浴湿蒸工艺用于涤棉织物的探索中,同样具有现实性和良好的经济效益,并由此解决了本工艺设备的通用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the short stage wet steaming process for cotton fabric dyeing with class K reactive dyestuffs. Practice shows that this process has the following advantages such as short operation, excellent repro-ducibility,bright shade,improved fixation yield,and energy saving. When the wet steaming technology is used to dye T/C fabric with disperse/reactive dyes in one bath,it also has good economic result. So the technology can be used as an universal one.更多还原
