【摘要】 <正>三、紫外线屏蔽整理 (一)原理与用剂 纺织品紫外线屏蔽整理的原理,是在纺织品上施加一种能反射和/或有强烈选择性吸收紫外线,并能进行能量转换,以热能或其他无害低能辐射,将能量释放或消耗的物质。施加这些物质后的纺织品,对织物各项服用性应无不良影响,并达到实用要求。因此,纺织品紫外线屏蔽整理与高分子的耐光稳定性有相似之处。不过,耐光稳定性是保护高分子化合物,防止紫外线照射后引起的自动氧化,导致聚合物的降解,使外观和结构性能变化;而紫外线屏蔽整理是防护人体免使过量的紫外线照射而引起的伤害。 1.原理 从光学原理上讲,紫外线屏蔽可从光学原
【Abstract】 Starting from the harm of UV to human beings , the paper introduced the effect of UV to living beings. Afterwards , it discussed the UV shielding finishing of textiles in greater detail as well as inspection of shielding performance of textiles to UV. The author thought that the UV shielding finishing enhanced the shielding performance of textiles to UV and protected the health of human beings. The author also pointed out the developing trend of UV shielding finishing process.
