The pretreatment of all cotton drills consists of first hydrogen peroxide and caustic soda padding separately, then the cold-batch,and finally conventional hydrogen peroxide bleaching. This processing can overcome the defects such as curling selvedge and creasing with traditional practice. It also has the advantages of improving the quality and reducing the energy cost.
