金丝桃甙对中枢神经系统的一般药理作用
The inhibitory effects of hyperin on central nervous system
【摘要】 本文研究金丝桃甙(Hyperin,Hyp)对中枢神经系统的一般药理作用。实验发现:①ipHyp12.5~50mg·kg-1呈剂量依赖性减少小鼠活动;②ipHyp12.5~50mg·kg-1轻度减少家兔的肺通气量但无明显量一效关系,且呼吸频率不受影响,ivCaCl_2可拮抗Hyp减少肺通气量的作用;③ipHyp100mg·kg-1不能拮抗士的宁所致的小鼠惊厥发作和死亡。上述结果表明:Hyp具有镇静作用,虽减少肺通气但不抑制呼吸中枢节律活动。
【Abstract】 The general effects of hyperin on central nervous system were studied. The resultsshowed that hyperin could produce the dose-dependent sedation (12. 5~50 mg·kg ̄(-1), ip)but neither the hyponosis (150 mg· kg ̄(-1), ip) nor the anticonvulsion tested on the strychinine-induced convulsion model (100mg. kg ̄(-1), ip) in mice. It was also found that hyperin at doses of 12. 5~50 mg. kg ̄(-1) (ip) could slightly decrease the respiratory volumes in a nondose-dependent manner with a ceiling rate of inhibition of 37.9% but not influence the frequencies of respiration in rabbits, and iv CaCl2, could antagonize the negative effect of hyperin on the respiratory volume. So it is concluded that hyperin might be a depressant of central nervous system which differs from barbiturates, benzodiazepines and opioids.
