【Abstract】 In order to study a new laminated PTC thermistor based on BaTiO₃,ceramic films were prepared by DBM（Doctor Brand Method） and co-fired with high temperature Pd electrode.Paralled multilayer thermistors with PTC effect were obtained.And the problem of Ohm-contact between PTC ceramic and electrode in co-fire processing was discussed.更多还原
