高效率常温远红外辐射涂层
Investigation on the Preparation of Far-infrared Rediative Coatings with High Efficiency
【摘要】 用过渡金属氧化物MnO_2、FeO_3、CuO、CO_2O_3等为主要原料 ̄[1],掺入少量杂质,采用传统的电子陶瓷工艺,刺备出红外陶瓷粉料,然后选择合适的粘合剂与粉料混合,调制成常温远红外辐射浆料,涂覆在织物上烘干,在40℃下测得其法向全发射率为87%。
【Abstract】 far- infrared radiatlon coating is investigated in this paper.The main raw materi-als are transitional metal oxides ,such as MnO2, Fe2O3,CuO,CO2O3,doped with some impurities-The infrared cerai11ic powder is produced by traditlonal electronic ceramic technology,mixed with appropriate adhesives. Before baking,it is daubed on fabrie. The normaI total radiation rate mea-sured at 40℃is 87%.
