【摘要】 本文对31例脑梗塞患者进行了脑电图、脑地形图检查,比较了脑梗塞在这两项检查上的特性改变。结果显示:脑梗塞发病15天内脑电图异常率为71.7％,16天以上为62.5％,脑地形图为82.8％及89.3％(P<0.05)。表明在脑梗塞的诊断中,脑地形图的阳性率优于脑电图,且能直观醒目地显示异常的部位及病变程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 To makes In comparison of features’change of Atherothrombotic brain infarction between Electroencephalography (EEG) and Topegraphoen-cephalography(TEG). 31 cases of Atherothro-mbotic brain infarction were inspected by EEG and TEG. It is concluded that the abnormal efficiency of EEG is 71.7% in15 days, 62.5% over 16 days, while TEG is 82.8% and 89.3% (P<0.05).
