【摘要】 通过溶剂萃取及硅胶柱层析等分离手段，从车前根茎脂溶性成分中分离得到４种化合物。经理化性质、光谱分析及与标准品对照，鉴定了其中３种化合物，即β－谷甾醇（Ⅰ）、胡萝卜甙（Ⅱ）、乌苏酸（Ⅲ）．胡萝卜甙和３，３－二环己甲基－４－（４－已基）环已基丁酸（Ⅳ）（有待于进一步鉴定）是首次从车前中分离得到的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The low-polar constituents were isolated from the rhizome of Plantago Asiatica L. by using solvent extracting method and silicagel colum chromatography etc. The structures of three compounds were identified by physicochemical property, spectral analysis and standard control as β-sitosterol(Ⅰ), daucosterine(Ⅱ)and urosolic acid(Ⅲ). The Daucosterine(Ⅱ)and 3,3-dicyclohexyl methyl-4-(4-hexyl) cyclohexyl butanoic acid(Ⅳ)that the structrue of that needs further to be identified are the first compounds isolated from this plant.更多还原
