【Abstract】 This paper presents a high stability composite electro-eddy-cur-rent sensor that is composed of both a probe with an internal temperature sen-sitive element and a front end circuit. The accuracy and stability of the sensing system are improved by increasing the sensitivity of the system, bettering the circuits, reasonably choosing the temperature property of devices and ele-ments, and offset corrected by a micro-computer.更多还原
