【摘要】 采用环钻损伤兔眼浅层角膜，感染绿脓杆菌，造成损伤型绿脓杆菌性角膜炎动物模型和角膜内注入绿脓杆菌的实验方法，对喹诺酮类药物的三种滴眼液实验疗效的比较。结果表明，诺氟沙星，盐酸环丙沙星、乳酸环西沙星滴眼液对绿脓杆菌性角膜炎具有明显的治疗作用，盐酸环丙沙星、乳酸环丙沙星滴眼液药效优于诺氟沙星滴眼液。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cured effect of three Fluoroquinotone EyedroPs was observed using the following experimental methods:injuring the superficial cornea of rabbit eyes with trephine,and injecting Pseudomonas Aeruginosa into the cornea.The results showed that three eyedrops had obvious effect on gseudomonas Aeruginosa Keratitis and corneal ulcer and the cured effect of Ciprofloxacin Hcl and Ciprofioxacin Lactate eyedrops were better than that of Norfloxacine eyedrop.更多还原
