【摘要】 本文应用扫描电镜和冷冻复型透射电镜的方法,对老年性白内障晶体进行了观察。其结果表明有以下特点:(1)晶体纤维失去正常规则的排列,晶体纤维的结构发生改变,出现大小不等的空隙。(2)晶体纤维改变最突出的特点是可见大量变性球形小体。(3)晶体纤维突起上的膜内蛋白颗粒明显减少。本文简要讨论了白内障的发病机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ultrastructure of the Iens with senile cataract was studied by scanning electron microscopy and freeze-fracture replicas under the transmission electron microscope. The results showed that. 1. The normal regular arrangement of the lens fibers disappeared. The fibers showed markablestructural changes. Large and small spaces appeared 2.
