【Abstract】 DNA-protein cross links in the peripheral whiteblood cells of 47 workers in a hydropower stationwere detected with￣125I postlabelling assay, a simple,rapid , inexpensive, and sensitive method.The resultshowed that no marked difference of DPC formationbetween sex ,age,culture level,smoking and alcoholdrinking was found.The frequeneies of DPC in thegroup was in normal distribution.The mean and stan-dard deviation was respectively 1446.4 and 396.5(cpm/μg DNA).The principle and method of ￣125Ipostlabelling assay was introduced.更多还原
