【摘要】 目的：观察非甾体消炎镇痛药萘丁美酮对骨科疾患抗炎镇痛的疗效。方法：３８０例骨科疾病病人（男性２２１例，女性１５９例），平均年龄４９±ｓ１１ａ，用萘丁美酮治疗１－２ｇ／ｄ，ｐｏ，１０ｄ为一个疗程。结果：１－６ｍｏ随访结果表明，其对骨关节炎、坐骨神经痛以及急性软组织损伤等的总有效率为７６．８％，消化系统的轻度不良反应发生率为１．８％。结论：该药疗效与所治疾患、疗程、停药时间及服药方法有关，具有镇痛消炎作用强、持续时间长、服用方便和不良反应少的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To survey the therapeutic effect of nabumetone in treating orthopedic diseases.M ETHODS:Three hundred and eighty patients(M 221,F159)with various orthopedic diseases were treated with nabumetone,1-2g/d,po,10d as a course. RESULTS: The patients were followed for 6 mo. The total effective rate of osteoarthritis,sciatica and acute soft tissue injuries was 76.8%,the adverse reaction incidence rate of digestive system was 1.8%.The therapeutic effect was related to the kind of diseases,courses of treatments,withdrawal times and methods of taking medicine.CONCLUSION:Nubumeton is an analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent with stronger,and more lasting actions in comparison with similar products.The adverse effects are mild.更多还原
