【摘要】 应用CFU-E培养技术观察28例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者对EPO的反应,表明MDS患者CFU-E的形成能力明显低于正常人,其中反应好者,加入EPO后CFU-E可达正常水平,占观察组17.3％;反应差者,即使加入足量EPO后,CFU-E增殖仅为对照组的20％以下;CFU-E对EPO还有剂量依赖性。通过EPO对MDS患者CFU-E不同反应,可能与MDS病因、发病机理有关,或部分患者病变发生在BFU-E或其以上水平,故对EPO无反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 The proliferation response of CFU-E to rhEPO was observed in 28 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) by using CFU-E culture technique. The results suggested that the number of CFU-E in MDS patients was lower than that in normai control group. Among these patients 17.3% responsed well, whose CFU-E numbers reached to normai Ievels after rhEPO was added. On the contrary the number of CFU-E in patients responsed badly was only 20% or less of control group even if rhEPO was added. The effect of rhEPO on CFU-E was dose-dependent. Different responses of CFU-E in MDS patients to rhEPO might be associated with etiology and pathogenesis of MDS. In a part of patients MDS lesions occurred at BFU-E or more early stage Ievels leading to no response to rhEPO.更多还原
