硒、维生素E对实验性心肌缺血红细胞变形性的影响
Effects of Selenium and vitamin E on erythrocyte deformability in rats of experimental myocardical ischemia
【摘要】 以不同硒和维生素 E(VE)含量的饲料饲养大鼠10周,手术结扎其左冠状动脉前降支48小时后红细胞变形性降低,血浆粘度增加,伴有全血GSH—Px和红细胞中Cu、Zn—SOD活力降低,血清LPO含量增高。补硒和VE可。明显纠正上述变化。揭示,饮食硒和VE可能增强红细胞变形能力,降低血浆粘度,改善微循环,减轻心肌缺血性损伤。其机制可能与二者对红细胞膜骨架的直接稳定及抗氧化损伤间接保护细胞膜结构完整性的作用有关。
【Abstract】 Wistar rats were maintained on the experimental diets of different dose Se or/and VE for 10 weeks, then their cornary were ligated for 48 hours. The results showed that erythrocyte deformabili- ty and GSH-Px. CuZn-SOD activities of Wistar rats fed with Se and VE deficency diet were signif- icantly lower than those of the control, but plasma viscosity and LPO contents were increased. These results suggested that the dietary deficency of Se and VE may have effect on hemorheologic changes in rats of experimental myocardical ischemia,
