【Abstract】 The author outlines speeding up the training of over-century of hospital management talents and appeals for thinking highly of hospital management talents. The reform and development of hospital depend on both the cor- rect political policy and the outstanding talents. Whereas the hospital management talents are the most positive and critical factor of the talents. This is because that the manager of hospital formulates and implements the management policy.
