【摘要】 本文报告了安徽省血防机构专业技术人员的知识、能力与态度现状。研究发现:血防人员的整体素质较低,其来源复杂,年龄偏老,接受专业培训不足。建议应加强血防专业人员的专业培训工作,严格控制非专业人员涌入血防机构,制订相应的配套政策解决血防专业人员的后顾之忧。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Survey is conducted to find out the knowledge,ability and attitude of anti-schistoso- miansis professional personnel in Anhui Province.The results showes the professional personnel have following characteristics such as lower qualification,complex resource,and lack of profes- sional tranning.The authors suggest it should strehgthen the trainning of the personnel,and avoid the enterance of non-professional personnel.更多还原
