【Abstract】 In this paper, a method of synthesizing tris-(2,4, 6-tribromophenolato) antimony(Ⅲ) was reported,and the flame retarding character of this compound was also approached. The compound was propared by the reaction of tribromophenol with antimonous chloride in proper conditions,the yield reached 86. 5%. In polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene(PP),the compound has a high efficiency of flame retarding.更多还原
