芳香族伯胺的极谱法研究及废水中痕量苯胺的测定

【摘要】 本文报道了芳香族伯胺的重氮-偶氮化反应所生成的偶氮化合物在NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,在单扫描极谱峰电位-0.57V(vs·SCE)处产生的灵敏的导数极谱波.比较了芳胺取代基种类和位置对极谱波灵敏度的影响,探讨了极谱波的性质和电极反应机理.利用该方法测定化工厂工业废水中苯胺的含量,与分光光度法对照,结果良好.

【Abstract】 A single sweep oscillopolarographic method for the determination of aromatic ammes has been developed. It is based on their diazotization and coupling of the resulting diazonium salt with N-(1-naphthyl) ethylenediamine dihydrochloride in dilute hydrochloric acid solution. The solution is then adjusted to PH9. 5 in order to adsorb and detrermine the azo dye at DME. The pesk potential apears at-0. 57V(vs. SCE). The influnces of the kends and seat of substitution group of aromatic amine on the sensitivity of the polarographic waves are discussed. The polarographic behaviours and the electrode reaction mechanism are studied. The method is used to determine micro amounts of amino-benzene in waste water with satisfactory results.
