【Abstract】 Using α-pinene as raw materials, the perillarine can be preparedb by selective oxidation with selenium dioxide, isomerization with copper-zinc catalyst under reduced pressure and oximation. It is a fine sweetener to possess high sweentness and low caloricity.In this paper, affections of the reaction conditions on yield were studied and optimum condition were given. In the synthesis of myrtenal, we used vanadium pentoxide as calatyst. In the catalytic ismerization of myrtnal, we used nitrogen as protectyve gas, The sum yield is raised fron 26% to 45%.更多还原
