【Abstract】 Nine monoclonal antibodies of schistosome antigen were detected by IFA and 4 different paterns of immunofluoresence reaction were distinguished.When these McAbs of different antigenic determinants were compounded for use,the sensitivity of antigen detection could be raised 4-8 times. When sandwich ELISA with 3 compounded McAbs was used, the positive rate was 81.3% in chronic schistosomiasis, whereas with 267 normal persons,the false positive rate was 1.5%.The COP reaction-positive McAb could be used for isolation of COP antigens,induction and/or modulation of immunopathology in mice.更多还原
