【Abstract】 In this paper,characteristics of a socialist market economy are brietly presented,and the impact affection of the market economy on the higher education are analyzed.Further,to meet development of the market economy,some new ideas and viewpoints are proposed to deal with problems of how to deepen the reform process and change the operational mechanism by building up and perfecting an operational mechanism of selr-run universi- ties and a competitive and incentive mechanism, and promoting universities- running benefits.更多还原
