【Abstract】 This paper researches into the content,the inherent mechanism,the controlling and ad-justing mechanism of the coupling of economy and science & technology. The author proposes that,this systematical coupling is a positive feedback circle in which economy and science & technology depend on and promote each other. The inherent mechanism of the coupling is that of market while the market process is a self - organization process of the coupling. As the market mechanism has some defects of its own,it is necessary for government to control, adjust and repair it in the process of the coupling.更多还原
