新生儿脐血T细胞IL-2R表达和血清sIL-2R水平的研究

【摘要】 对新生儿脐血T细胞IL-2R表达率和血清SIL-2R水平进行检测,发现①早产儿脐血T细胞IL-2R自然表达率明显低于足月新生儿和正常儿童组,而后两者无差异;②PHA活化后足月儿和早产儿T细胞IL-2R表达率皆显著低于正常儿童组,而早产儿组也明显低于足月儿组;③足月儿和早产儿脐血sIL-2R水平皆明显高于正常儿童组,而前二者间无差异;④足月儿和早产儿脐血T细胞IL-2R自然表达率与血清sIL-2R水平呈直线负相关,而正常儿童组二者间呈直线正相关。

【Abstract】 The expression rates of interleukin- 2 receptor (IL- 2R) on T cells and serum soluble interleukin - 2 receptor (sIL- 2R) in fetal blood were determined for 25 fullterm infants and 12 premature infants. The results indicated that: (1) the natural expression rates of IL-2R on T cells in fetal blood from premature infants were significantly lower than these from fullterm infants and normal children, but no difference between the full-term infants and normal children; (2) compared with peripheral blood of normal children, the expression rates of IL-- 2R on T cells at activiated status in fetal blood from premature and full-term infants were all deereased and the serum sIL-2R level were all increased; (3) the expression rates of IL- 2R on T cells at activiated status in fetal blood from premature infants were decreased and the serum sIL- 2R level were no difference as compared with the full -term infants; (4 ) in fetal blood from premature and full -term infants the natural expression rates of IL - 2R on T cells had a negative correlation with the serum sIL - 2R level, but a positive correlation in peripheral blood from normal children
