【摘要】 我科自１９９１年３月至１９９４年８月，对１４０例贲门癌及食管癌患者行手术切除后，以国产ＧＦ－Ｉ型管状消化道吻合器进行吻合，其中贲门癌１２５例，食管癌１５例。１４０例中，发生吻合口瘘４例（２．９％），吻合口狭窄５例（３．６％），吻合口出血２例（１．４％）。与手工吻合相比，作者认为，器械吻合具有易于掌握、安全、省时、可靠的优点，可以广泛推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 From March 1991 to March 1994,140 patients with carcinomasof gastric cardia and esophagus were operated and anastomosed with anastomosis instrument after resection. Out of the whole patients, 125 cases were carcinoma of gastric cardia, and 15 cases esophagus carcinoma. Anstomotic leakage occured in four patients(2.9%) ,anastomotic strict-ure in five(3.6%)and bleeding of anastemotic junction in two(1.4%),Ascompared with conventional method ,this method has advantages of convenie-nce,safety, saving time, reliableness and can be applied widely in clinical surgery.更多还原
