黑籽南瓜砧对黄瓜抗盐性的影响研究
EFFECTS OF GRAFTING ON SALT-RESISTANCE OF CUCUMBER
【摘要】 黑籽南瓜砧黄瓜在盐胁迫下,株高、展叶和叶面积抑制率均低于自根黄瓜苗,盐害隶属函数值分别为0.29和0.66。嫁接苗的质膜透性和MDA增加率均低于自根苗,表明南瓜砧嫁接可提高黄瓜的抗盐性。嫁接苗的Pro,π_(100),POX,CAT,K ̄+/Na ̄+,饱和脂肪酸、根系活力、伤流量、VitC增加率高于自根苗,而π_(100),IUFA,VitC和叶片Na含量均低于自根苗,盐胁迫下更为明显。南瓜根系的Na含量较黄瓜根系稍高。此外,盐胁迫或非胁迫下,嫁接均使叶片和根的K,Ca,Mg含量提高,K/Na值亦大大增加。作者还对南瓜砧提高黄瓜抗盐性的机理进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 Cucurbita ficifolia serving as the stock,grafted cucumber variety Chang chunmici’(scion) together with nongrafted cucumber were planted in Hoagland nutrition solutionwith 0.3%NaCl and they were compared for growth and physiological biochemical-dif-ferences (CK no salt).The plant height restrain rate,leaf expansion restrain rate and leafarea restrain rate of grafted seedling were lower than those of nongrafted ones. The salt-damage subordinate function value of nongrafted seedlings was 0.66,and grafted seedling0.29, both the plasmic membrane permeability and MDA increase rate of grafted seedlingwere lower than those of nongrafted ones.The results showed that grafting promoted cu-cumber salt-resistance. The following indices of grafted seedlings were higher than thoseof nongrafted ones :Pro,π100,POX ,CAT,K ̄+/Na ̄+ ,saturated lipic acid, root systemvigor;bleeding sap quantity,VitC increase rate, However,π100, IUFA and VitC contentwere lower than those of nongrafted ones. Leaf Na content of the grafted seedlings wassignificantly lower than nongrafted seedlings and this tendency was more obvious underNaCl stress. Na content of Cucurbita ficifolia root system was slightly higher than that ofcucumber.In addition,graft increased K,Ca ,Mg content in the leaves and roots underNaCl stressor not,K/Na ratio also increased handsomely under this condition.
