【Abstract】 CL94-ILTV was isdated from trcheal mucosa and secretion got from naturally diseases in hens, It was shown that the isolated virus was avian infectious laryngotracheitis virus (ILTV). On the basis of inoculated chicken embryonal pathological changes, animal regression, agar immunodiffusson reaction, virulence examination,virus neutrolization (VN). and test for susceptibility to organic solvent.
