【摘要】 用消化法所得的犬旋毛虫蚴分别接种猪、犬。结果表明：犬旋毛虫对猪、犬的感染性存在着明显差异，在犬的繁殖力指数（ＲＣ１）为１８．６８，而在猪为零，说明哈尔滨地区犬旋毛虫相当于本地毛形线虫（Ｔｒｉｃｈｉｎｅｌｌａｎａｔｉｖａ）。犬旋毛虫对犬易感而对猪不感染，难能通过猪的感染而对人体健康构成威胁。更多还原

【Abstract】 Swine and dogs were inoculated with Trichinella sp.from dog.It was found thatinfectivity of Trichinella sp.from dog for pigs and dogs was significantly different.Trichinella sp.from dog was infective for dog and the reproductive capacity index(RCI)was l8.68,however,for pig,RCT.It is concluded that Trichinella sp. fromdog is not infective for swine,and most probably corresponds to arctic isolate(T.native)and would not present a major zoonotic threat to the human consumer via swineinadvertently becoming infected.更多还原
