【摘要】 ４００ｍｍ×４００ｍｍ自开模抽真空平板硫化机由主机、模具开闭进出系统、液压控制系统及油箱、抽真空系统、电器控制系统等五大部分组成。主机为侧板式结构，是一个可密闭的硫化工作室；模具的开闭由活塞式液压缸实现，进出由低转速大扭矩液压马达通过链轮链条带动齿轮齿条到实现；液压控制系统采用模块式设计；电器控制系统采用欧姆龙可编程序控制器（ＰＬＣ）；抽真空系统能直接抽除硫化工作室中的空气。本机具有自动开闭模具、自动进出模具、自动排气、抽真空、自动控温控时并显示、预热和预热时间设定等功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new 400mm×400mm automatic press consists of main body,mold openingand closing system and mold indexing system, hydraulic control system and Oil tank, vacuumpumping system and electric control system. The main they is a side-plates structured and enclosed curing chamber. The mould is opened or closed by a ram cylinder,and is indexed by gearand rack driven by a low-speed and high-torque motor through chain. The hydraulic control system is designed to be a medular system. The electric control system is equiped with a programmable controller. The vacuum pumping system can be used directly to exhaust the air fromthe curing chamber. The press features automatic open,closure and index of mould,automatic airexhaust and vacuum pumping,automatic control and display of temperature and time, preset ofpreheating temperature and time.更多还原
