超声马达振动片的理论与设计

【摘要】 本文从理论上分析了模式转换型超声马达振动片的振动理论,振动片顶端力的关系;推导出了振动片的弯曲振动对瞬态摩擦力的响应;讨论了振动片的频率漂移及其宽度和转子直径之间关系等问题,并给出了该振动片的具体设计方法。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the vibration theory of the vibrating plate about a mode conversion ultrasonic motor and the force of the end of the vibrating plate were analysed theoretically. We conclude the rmponse of the fie-cural vibration to the transient frichonal force, and discuss the drift of the inherent frequency of the vibrating plate and relation between the width of the vibrating plate and the diameter of the rotator, etc.Finally, give out the method of designing the vibrating plate.
