【摘要】 血清DNA－PRIA是一种新的广谱的恶性肿瘤的标志物，对诊断恶性肿瘤具有广谱性和诊断符合率高的特点，本文测定肺癌病人血清58例，其阳性率占82．76％（48例），检测肺部良性疾病病人血清160例作对照，阳性率4．38％（7例），（p＜0．01），又测定100例正常人血清，阳性率为0（P＜0．01），提示血清DNA－PRLA对肺癌的诊断具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum DNA- polymerase (DNA-P)is regarded as a new broad-spectrum tumor marker. It is very important clinical siguifi-cance for the diagnosis of malignant tumor. In Fifty-eight Patients with examining lung cancer, 82. 76 % (48 cases) were DNA-P RIA POsi-tive. In 160 patients of lung benign disease 4.38% (7 cases)were DNA-P Rm opitive (p<0. 01).
