【Abstract】 Mechanocardiograms of 45 cases of rheumatic mitral stenosis,taken before and after percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty(PBMV),were comparatively analysed. The results showedthat the systolic time interval was significantly improved after PBMV.Exception that A2-C and F/Hwere significantly improved(P<0.01,P<0.05),the Other diastolic time interval indications were of little significant differenceP>0.05),compared with the values before PBMV.更多还原
