【摘要】 本文应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图评价无心脏病或充血性心力衰竭临床表现的４６例糖尿病患者的左室舒张功能，并与４５例健康人对比，发现糖尿病患者的峰值速度Ｅ，峰值速度Ｅ与峰值速度Ａ之比及充盈分数值明显低于对照组，而峰值速度Ａ和等容舒张时间值则明显而于对照组，两组差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明糖尿病患者左室舒张功能下降，主要为左室舒缓性减退，提示舒张早期左室充盈障碍和舒张晚期左室顺应性下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Left ventricular diastolic function(LVDF)determined by pulsed Doppler echocardiography(PDE)in 46 cases of diabetes mellitus(DM)without clinical evidence of heart disease or congestive heart failure.The other 45 healthy subjects were used as controls.We found peak flow velocity at early diastole(PVE),the ratio of PVE to peak flow velocity at atrial contraction (PVA),and the values of filling fractiion(FF)were lower in the DM group than in the control group.The values of PVA and isometric relaxation time(IRT)were higher than those of the control group,Differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.01).The result showed that the LVDF of DM was in depression, characterictic of decreased left ventricular relaxation,suggesting impaired left ventricular compliance at late diastole.更多还原
