【摘要】 本文报告了41例胸骨折，男32例，女9例，多以直接暴力所致。X线接骨折形态分为横断骨折、斜形骨折、凹陷形骨折、撕脱形骨折。其中胸骨柄骨折8例，胸骨体部骨折24例，软骨连接部分离脱位9例。作者对骨折的机制、分型进行了分析探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 41 Cases of fracture of sternum were presented in thin article, there are 32 cases of males and 9 femals.Most of them were taken place by direct force.Their X-ray manifestations were classified into four types: cross, oblique, depressed and avulsion fracure. 8 cases were fracture of manubrium sterni, 24 cases were corput sterni and 9 cases were the joins of manubrium and corput seperated with dislocation.
