【摘要】 报道了西昌市自然人群中病毒性肝炎感染流行状况和趋势。总感染率为９１．１６％，ＨＡＶ感染率８２．７３％，ＨＢＶ感染率４１．３７％，ＨＣＶ感染率１．６１％，ＨＥＶ感染率１４．０６％；未发现ＨＤＶ感染。各型肝炎病毒感染单一型占感染人数的５５．９５％，重叠感染占感染人数的９．２５％，混合感染二型占感染人数的２５．３３％、三型占感染人数的９．２５％。更多还原

【Abstract】 The epidemic condition and tendency of viral hepatitis infection in a natural papulation was reported in this paper. The infection rate is 91. 16 % no(HAV infection rate is 82. 73% , HBV infection rate was 41. 37% ;HCB infection rate was 1. 61% ,HEV infection rate was 14. 06% no HDV ever found). 55. 95% infected cases werebelong to single virus infection of Hepatitis; 9.25% infected cases had overlapping virus infections; 25. 33% infected cases had mixed virus infections(infected by two types of the above three kinds of virus hepatitis); 9. 25% were infected by all above three types of hepatitis infections.更多还原
