【Abstract】 Ventricular late potential ( VLP ) has been studied with esophageal lead system (ELS) and body surface lead system (BLS) in 12 patients after radiofrequency ablation (RFA). Four patients showed VLP in ELS one week after RFA. of whom one demonstrated short-run ventricular tachycardia on the Holter records, indicating the possibility of reentrant activity. We conclude that the ELS is of use to detect VLP from the ventricular base.更多还原
