一种新颖的交叉电导率测量原理
A Novel Coss Cronductivity Principle
【摘要】 本文介绍一种新颍的交叉电导率测量原理,与传统的电导率测量方法相比,它具有许多优点,例如它只需测量标块(样块)的一维几何尺寸(标块厚度),而传统的方法则需测量三维几何尺寸;标块的几何加工要求较低,其不对标性只引起二阶以上的误差等等。此原理已应用于中国计量科学研究院的《非铁磁金属电导率基准》的建立,不确定度达到0.06%,其技术指标处于国际领先水平。
【Abstract】 A noyel cross conductivity principle has been described in this paper.As compared to the traditional measuring method of conductivity, it has many advantages. Only one di mension(the thickness of the standard discs) needs to be measured accurately, whereas for the tradit ional bar method, three dimensions have to be made; Lower accuracyis permi ted for the machining of the standard discs since their geometric asymmetry contributes only the second order errors, etc. This new principle has been applied to the establishment of the NIM conductivity standards for nonferrous metals. The total uncertainty is about 0.06%
