利用煤还原硫酸钾的研究
Study on the reduction of K2SO4 by coal
【摘要】 介绍了在高温下用煤作还原剂还原硫酸钾生成硫化钾的新方法。当m(还原煤):m(硫酸钾)为0.30:1、炉温为920℃、反应时间为1.25h时,转化率可高达80%。
【Abstract】 A new process to produce K2S through reduction of K2So4 by using coal as the reductant at high temperature is introduced. The conversion rate can reach as high as 80%when the reaction lasts 1.25 hours with the ratio between the coal and K2SO4 being 0.30:1 and the stove temperature 920℃.
