【摘要】 使用复方五倍子粉剂进行体外抗HSV-2的研究,以免疫荧光法检测药物的抗病毒作用。结果表明,该药对HSV-2的有效抑制浓度为200μg/ml,灭活浓度为500μg/ml,与100μg/ml有效抑制浓度的无环乌苷相当。提示复方五倍子粉可作为一种新的治疗由HSV-2感染引致的阴道炎药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 The power of Nut-Gail CO. was used to make a test as an antiyirotic in vitro. The authors adopted the indirect immunofluo-rescen test to judge the drug effect of anti-herpes virus-2. The study indicated that the effective concentration which could inhibit the viral breeding was 200μg/ml and the deactiva-tive concetration was 500μg/ml which corresponded to 100μg/ml of ACV.These inicate that the power may be used to treat the vaginitis which is infected by herpes virus- 2 .更多还原
