电针内关对缺血心肌腺苷酸及其电稳定性的影响

【摘要】 本研究用腺苷酸分析和测定单相动作电位中两项指标观察电针内关穴对缺血心肌的影响。实验在家兔麻醉条件下造成左侧壁心肌缺血模型上进行,分为缺血组和缺血加电针组,并以假手术动物为对照,作对比观察。结果表明:缺血心肌ATP、ADP明显降低并形成电紊乱,而电针内关穴明显减轻此种状态,即电针组在缺血边缘区ATP和ADP均高于缺血组,同时电稳定性也明显改善。进一步提示腺苷酸可能是电针内关穴对心肌缺血的治疗效果和改善心肌电稳定性的物质基础,为针刺治疗心肌缺血提供了新的实验证据。

【Abstract】 The influence of the electro-acupuncturing Neiguan point on ischemic myocardium has been studied through the analysis of adenine nucleotides and two components of monophasic action potential . The experiment was carried out on the rabbits with ischemia of the left ventricular wall. These animals were dividied into two groups . the ischemia and ischemia add EA (EA). The animals Performed false operation was as normal control group.The results suggest that ATP and ADP of ischemic myocardia were greatly lowered and electrical disturbanse appeared . Electro acupunturing . Neiguan point could obvously an1eliorate the above conditions. Namely the levels of ATP and ADP in marginal area of ischemic myocardia in EA group was much higher than those in ischemic group, and the electrical stability was improved as well.
